The Bowflex SelectTech 552i adjustable dumbbells are a completely new and unique product on the market. Special technology allows you to easily adjust the weight, saving time and space. Instead of buying 15 pairs of dumbbells, now you only need one, and you can adjust the weight to your current training needs.

An additional advantage is access to a free, specially dedicated app that will help you perform exercises correctly and guide you through training plans so that you can effectively work on individual muscle groups.

SPACE-SAVING: The SelectTech 552i is all about saving space. Thanks to the weight-switching system, you only need one pair of dumbbells instead of 15. This means you can replace the entire weight rack with top-quality, aesthetically pleasing, and compact dumbbells. The durable plastic covering the metal plates ensures gentle storage and a quieter workout.

WEIGHT ADJUSTMENT: Easily adjust the dumbbell weight by simply turning the knob. This allows you to lift 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 23, or even 24 kg with a single machine. Small adjustments allow for safe, gradual strength building.

PREMIUM HANDLES: Specially designed and manufactured handle with non-slip function ensures safety and even greater comfort of use.

APP: The dedicated, free Bowflex SelectTech® app gives you access to exercise videos. You'll learn how to maintain proper posture during your workout and perform valuable work on specific muscle groups. Training with the Bowflex SelectTech 552i dumbbells offers over 50 exercises!
