The Bowflex® PR1000 multi-gym is a perfect and unique piece of equipment for your home. Its huge advantage is that you can perform both effective strength and cardio training on a single device. It offers over 25 different exercises that allow you to work all muscle groups. Thanks to the built-in tablet holder and access to exercise videos, you can perform them correctly and avoid injury.

RESISTANCE SYSTEM: The Bowflex PR 1000 utilizes a system of resistance rods. They function similarly to a bow, providing increased tension when the cables tighten and reduced tension when they straighten. This convenient technology makes training easier, safer, and more comfortable. Everything is designed to let you focus entirely on your workout without having to adjust the resistance. The maximum load capacity is 95 kg.

EXERCISE VARIETY: Thanks to the multiple handles and adjustable bench incline, the variety of exercises you can perform on the multi-gym is enormous. Each workout shown in the video can be modified to comfortably target different muscle groups. Strength training exercises allow for effective work on the abdominals, arms, chest, back, shoulders, and lower body muscles. Adding cardio exercises can boost your metabolism and burn calories.

FOLDABLE: The multi-gym is designed for easy storage. After your workout, you can fold the bench up, reducing the space it takes up by as much as 50%. This makes storing the multi-gym at home much more convenient.

INNOVATIVE BENCH: The weight bench allows for even greater exercise versatility. You can adjust its incline level to suit your current workout. Additionally, to combine strength training with cardio, the bench can be converted into a built-in rowing station. This will not only strengthen your muscles but also burn more calories.

TABLET HOLDER: The built-in tablet holder allows you to safely use your tablet while you access available exercise videos. This will help you maintain proper posture during exercise, helping you avoid injuries and making your workout more effective.
