The bench itself offers many possibilities, and when combined with accessories such as a preacher bench, leg rest, and space for dumbbells and barbells, it allows you to complete a full workout just like at a traditional gym in your own home, while maintaining a tidy environment.

The Proform Sport XT Olympic Bench with Racks is a staple in your home gym. The backrest can be adjusted to six different angles, allowing you to comfortably work on specific muscle groups without having to purchase additional equipment. All you need is a bench, a barbell, and dumbbells to effectively increase your strength and endurance, and sculpt your physique.







The bench's maximum weight capacity is 231 kg. It has four foam-covered leg locking handles, which can accommodate up to 59 kg of weights. This allows you to perform a powerful leg workout while sitting on the bench. The handles on the barbell rack can be positioned lower or higher, depending on the exercises you plan to perform.

The bench is upholstered in foam and an aesthetically pleasing, modern-looking fabric. Blue inserts with the Proform logo make the product even more attractive.

Remember to warm up before your workout to reduce the risk of injury. For barbell exercises, it's important for your safety to have someone ready to help you finish lifting the last rep.
