All in one You don't have to buy multiple dumbbells to do a workout with different weights. The only thing you really need is the Tunturi Selector dumbbell. You can train with 2.5 to 12.5 kilos weights using the same dumbbell. The five adjustable weights (2.5 - 5 - 7.5 - 10 - 12.5 kilos) of the dumbbell makes it suitable for each level.
It’s all about simplicity Changing weights goes up to eight times faster than if you are using a regular dumbbell. Ideal if you want to do successive exercises without long intervals.
