The Bowflex 5.1S training bench is the latest, highest model in the Bowflex bench series. Its design confirms Bowlex's overall philosophy and purpose to deliver products that, with maximum efficiency, occupy a minimal amount of space. So it is a great solution for those who do not have a lot of free space, and they care about home training. The bench fits perfectly into any home gym, enabling comfortable and effective training. In addition, after training, thanks to the quick folding system, we can fold the bench in such a way that it covers only 50% of the previous surface. Equally important, the Bowflex 5.1S bench is made of the highest quality materials, is characterized by exceptional durability and its maximum load is up to 272 kg.

TILT ANGLES: 6 angles of inclination allow you to work on different muscle parts. The setting can be changed at the touch of a button and adapted to your training needs. Thanks to the quick adjustment system, we can move on to the next exercise very quickly. Available bench inclination options are 30 °, 45 °, 60 °, 90 °, flat and -20 °.

EASY FOLDING: The bench created for easy storage and optimal versatility of training after folding reduces its surface by 50%. Designed so that it can be stored vertically, it will fit into any room in the house.
