HALDER SIMPLEX Soft-Faced Hammer 50:40 TPE-soft / Superplastic

If you work on sensitive parts, you need controlled impact force and clean results. This soft-faced hammer combines two different inserts and lets you work precisely on delicate surfaces. The oversized striking faces with D50 mm in a D40 mm case give high surface protection. You can position or adjust materials without leaving marks.

Combination for controlled hits
The blue TPE-soft insert is one of the softest options in the range and gives strong damping for light hits. It also prevents abrasion, which can happen with classic rubber hammers. The second insert is made of superplastic and is medium hard. It allows higher impact force and offers high wear resistance. This means you can choose the right effect for each job.

Stable design with durable parts
The malleable cast iron case has an integrated handle protection sleeve and supports high break resistance. The ergonomically shaped wooden handle reduces vibration and sits well in the hand, while the double coating in the grip area reduces dirt. Following the SIMPLEX concept, all parts can be replaced when needed.

Features:

  • Combination of TPE-soft and superplastic allows the right impact effect for different materials
  • TPE-soft insert gives strong damping and helps when working on sensitive surfaces
  • No black abrasion marks thanks to non-marking TPE-soft insert on visible parts
  • Superplastic insert provides higher impact force and supports precise adjustments
  • Extruded material offers high wear resistance for frequent use
  • Malleable cast iron case with handle protection sleeve supports a stable design
  • Wooden handle reduces vibration and enables controlled work
  • Replaceable components make maintenance easy and increase service life
