Espresso optimaalne valmistustemperatuur on 90 °C ja 95 °C vahel. Kui temperatuur on liiga madal, ei tule kohviaroomid täielikult välja. Kui temperatuur on liiga kõrge, on kohvil kõrbenud maitse. Seetõttu kuumutab SensoFlow System valmistamise ajal vee täpselt optimaalse temperatuurini vahemikus 90 °C kuni 95 °C. Tulemus: Täiusliku aroomiga espresso – täiuslik kohvinauding.
