The oven, now even more spacious, has an oval shape that successfully mimics traditional wood-fired ovens. This allows for optimum air circulation that completely encompasses the food, making it tender and juicy on the inside, in addition to being incredibly crispy. The air is even better distributed in the 71-litre interior with recessed sides, which reduces the occurrence of cold spots. The special air circulation dynamics provide perfect conditions for professional cooking on a single level or on several levels simultaneously.

Very smooth and highly resistant coating

The quality and type of enamel are extremely important for the oven and its performance. SilverMatte is a resistant and strong material that can be exposed to very high temperatures, for example during pyrolytic cleaning at 500 ° C. The surface of the oven shell and baking trays is free of micro pores, making them resistant to the highest temperatures, microwave radiation and steam. The triple interior coating provides heat reflection and guarantees additional insulation, so the oven interior always remains clean and safe.

More space for more cooking freedom

More cooking freedom with more space. The new generation of Gorenje ovens is characterised by a special rounded shape of the upper part. This solution makes the oven interior more spacious, allowing hot air to circulate completely freely and thus more efficiently. The larger oven capacity with unchanged external dimensions also allows the use of larger baking trays and the preparation of larger portions of food. The ovens now offer the possibility to bake on five rather than three baking trays at the same time. Gorenje offers standard oven models with capacities up to 75 litres and microwave oven models with capacities up to 53 litres, some of the largest capacities available on the market.

Oval heating field, ideal for larger pots

Induction and HiLight cookers feature an extended zone called the FishZone. When switched on, the traditional circular heating field transforms into a larger and oval-shaped area, which is particularly useful when cooking in larger pots.

Delightfully fast, saving time and energy

The oven reaches a temperature of 200C in just 6 minutes, saving 30% of the time needed for standard heating. This is useful for recipes that require the oven to be preheated. A light and sound signal lets you know when the temperature is reached.

This extremely intensive hot air baking method requires no fat to ensure a perfectly delicious, crispy golden crust. Combined with a special perforated baking tray (depending on the model) that perfectly wraps the dish around you, you will achieve even better results. It is ideal for small pieces of meat, fish, vegetables and frozen ready meals such as Chips and chicken nuggets. You will enjoy the wonderfully crispy golden crust of your favourite fried foods, but without a drop of oil!
