The new backlight function gives the induction hob an even sleeker look. When switched off, the entire control panel is invisible, once switched on, the entire control panel becomes visible thanks to the white LED backlight. This also ensures that the touch buttons are visible at all times, even in the dark.

AI Talent Probe provides absolute control of the core temperature. Insert the probe into the preparation and choose between 3 modes:

  1. Manual mode allows you to select the desired setpoint temperature. The hob will reach the desired temperature, emit a beep and maintain the temperature.
  2. Programme preset 7 cooking functions for melting, sous-vide vacuum cooking, searing, reheating, boiling, simmering and frying.
  3. Display T° displays the temperature in real time.

Culinary Guide AI. The hob automatically programs the power and cooking time according to the food selected (among 84 options). It recommends the most suitable cooking zone and utensil to obtain the best possible result.
HoriZone. The ultimate outcome of a revolutionary technology, this space of flexible cooking of 40 x 23 cm is the zone of the most complete cooking of the market which can welcome every types(chaps) of bowls: wide, oval, rectangular.
4 preset power levels including Boost. The boost function allows instant switching to maximum power, 3 shortcuts are pre-programmed for different powers and can be reprogrammed to the setting that is used the most. Shortcuts: Warm Keeping, Simmer and Sear.

10 functions have been created for more convenient use of the hob: AutoLink, Blanch, Boil, Vacuum cooking, Elapsed time, ICS, Recall, Switch, Grill, Clean Lock.

Autolink functions allows the hob to communicate its power levels autonomously to the hood, which automatically adjusts its speed and switches the light on or off. There is no need to adjust the settings on the hood. The hood automatically remains at speed 1 for about 2 minutes after the hob is switched off before also switching off.
Blanch function ensures the stable boiling temperature required for blanching. Blanching is the short-term heating of foods such as fruits and vegetables with boiling water, followed by rapid cooling with cold water. By entering the amount of water used, the device automatically adjusts the power to maintain the boiling temperature for up to 5 minutes.
Boil function brings the water to the boiling temperature and maintains it for the specified time. When the water starts to boil, an acoustic signal will sound, after which it is the right time to add pasta, rice, etc. to the water. By default, the function is set to a water quantity of 2 L and a cooking time of 8 min.
Vacuum Cooking sous-vide recipes for meat, fish and vegetables at low temperatures between 45 and 85 °C, setpoint temperature is 60 °C. The advantage of this cooking method is the slow and even heat transfer, which results in intense flavors, bright color and strong aromas of the food.
Elapsed time displays how much time has passed since the last power level was set. A great feature for monitoring the cooking process if you've forgotten to set the timer beforehand.
ICS function optimizes the selection of the cooking zone according to the diameter of the pan being used, ensuring maximum efficiency.
Recall function. In the event of a planned or unplanned short-term interruption of cooking, pressing the Recall button allows you to restore the last selected power and timer settings.
Switch allows you to move the container from one cooking zone to another during cooking with pre-set cooking parameters (power level and time). The plate detects the new position of the dish and cooking continues with the original settings in the new zone.
Grill/ Plancha function is a special operating mode for grilling using special accessories, De Dietrich grill pan or plancha pan.
Clean Lock allows you to lock the control panel while cleaning the board. After one minute, the lock is automatically deactivated.

Power Management allows to limit the maximum power delivered by the hob, guaranteeing optimized use and performance whatever electrical installation you have.

10 safety elements: automatic overflow protection, ignition protection, child lock, residual heat indicator, automatic stop system, dish detection, small object detection, over and under voltage detection, incorrect connection detection.

Cooking zones: all individual cooking zones 23x20 cm/ 2800 W.
The timer is separate for each zone and can be set between 1-99 minutes.

The front edge of the hob has a carbon slat.
