<b>Product information "Microplane - Fine - New Professional Series"</b><br>Microplane fine grater - the ‘big brother’ of the zester grater. With the larger grating surface, the same foods can be grated finely and in powder form as with the Zester grater, i.e. cheese, chocolate, hard spices or citrus fruits. As with the zester grater, the outer peel of lemons, limes and oranges can also be easily grated off without removing the white, bitter-tasting skin underneath.<br>The new Professional Series offers a combination of unrivalled performance, exceptional durability and understated elegance. The series has the same frame structure and handle design as the popular Master & Black Sheep series, but is made entirely of stainless steel.
