How to use:

Fill the airlock with water to prevent oxygen from entering the fermentation batch while allowing carbon dioxide to escape. The water gauge indicates the fermentation intensity, from vigorous bubbling to a steady state. It is essential to top up the airlock periodically to prevent excessive oxygenation and avoid undesirable fermentation outcomes caused by fruit flies.

NOTE: If checking the water level is challenging, consider using an oil-based liquid to reduce evaporation.
