GreenPan Evolution Frying Pan 28 cm

A large frying surface gives you more space for even results and tidy work on the hob. This model uses a non-stick surface and supports controlled cooking at different temperatures. The aluminium body spreads heat across the pan.

More stability for your dishes
The base structure reacts to heat and helps the pan stay flat on the hob. This supports even browning, also when you switch between different types of hobs. The handle sits securely in your hand and supports precise movements.

Suitable for different hob types
A magnetic base allows the use on induction hobs and keeps the heat steady for longer periods. This supports short frying steps as well as longer cooking phases. You can also place the pan in the oven when a dish needs to finish there.

PFAS-free & exceptionally durable
The Thermolon ceramic coating with diamond particles is extremely scratch-resistant, so you'll enjoy your pan for a long time.
