GRAEF CX110 - Knife Sharpener

A sharp blade helps you achieve precise cuts and clean results. The knife sharpener uses diamond-coated sharpening discs that remove only a small amount of material. Thanks to the slow-running discs, less friction is created on the blade steel. This helps protect the cutting edge during sharpening.

Precise Sharpening for Asian Knives
The CX110 is designed with a 15° sharpening angle, making it particularly suitable for Asian knives. Precise elastomer angle guides keep the blade reliably positioned at the correct angle. This allows you to achieve an even sharpening result without special knowledge or excessive effort.

2-Stage Sharpening System for Consistent Results
In the first stage, diamond-coated discs create a new cutting edge. The second stage straightens the burr formed during sharpening and restores the blade's sharpness. This process creates a curved Dizor edge with 2 bevels for a durable cutting edge. The polishing stage can also be used to maintain serrated knives.
