Samyang 24mm f/1.4 ED AS IF UMC is a fast, manually focused wide-angle lens compatible with full frame sensors. It is available in many mounts, including mirrorless cameras with APS-C or Micro Four Thirds sensors.With a maximum aperture of f/1.4, this is an ideal lens for documentary, travel and street photography, or any situations where the light can shift a lot. Its outstanding sharpness also makes the Samyang 24mm f/1.4 suitable for nature and landscape photography.A wide and smooth manual focus ring provides excellent handling and a 77 mm thread makes it possible to use filters. The lens also comes with a detachable hood to prevent stray light from reaching the front element.The optical design consists of 13 elements in 12 groups. Four of these are made of low-dispersion glass (ED), while two of the elements are aspherical to ensure maximum sharpness across the entire image even at large apertures.
