This unique combination makes it an incredibly powerful and adaptable tool for a wide range of applications, from long-range searching to illuminating close-up areas.

Dual-Beam System (LEP and LED):

  • LEP Spotlight: The central element is a Class 1 LEP (Laser Excited Phosphor) light, which produces a highly focused, ultra-long-distance beam. This is the source of its impressive throw.

    • Max Beam Distance: Reaches an incredible 1650 meters (over a mile), allowing it to pinpoint objects at extreme distances.

    • Max Output (Spot Mode): Up to 410 lumens. While lower in lumen count than the flood, the candela (beam intensity) is exceptionally high due to its focused nature (678,000 cd).

  • LED Floodlight: Surrounding the LEP module are 6 x CREE XP-G3 LEDs, which provide a broad, even flood beam for illuminating wider areas.

    • Max Output (Flood Mode): Up to 3,000 lumens.

    • Max Beam Distance (Flood Mode): Around 200 meters.

  • Mix Mode: The P35i allows you to combine both the LEP spotlight and the LED floodlight, providing a versatile beam that offers both long-range focus and immediate area illumination. The mix mode can also achieve 3,000 lumens max output with the long throw.

  • 13 Brightness Levels: Across the three user modes (Spot, Flood, Mix), the P35i offers a total of 13 different brightness levels, ranging from an ultralow 10 lumens (Flood) or 25 lumens (Spot) for extended runtimes, up to the full 3,000 lumens.

User Interface and Control:

  • Multifunctional OLED Real-time Display: A prominent feature is the integrated OLED screen on the head of the flashlight. This display provides crucial real-time information, including:

    • Current brightness level (lumens)

    • Selected beam type (Spot, Flood, Mix)

    • Estimated remaining runtime

    • Battery voltage

    • Beam throw distance

  • Dual Switches: It utilizes a user-friendly dual-button interface:

    • Tactical Tail Switch: Controls power on/off and momentary illumination.

    • Side Mode Button: Cycles through brightness levels and switches between the three main modes (Spot, Flood, Mix) by holding it down while clicking the tail switch.

  • Remote Switch Compatibility: The P35i comes with an included RSW2i remote switch that connects via the USB-C port on the tailcap.   • Proprietary 21700i Battery: It's powered by a high-capacity 5,000mAh Nitecore NL2150HPi 21700i Li-ion battery. This "i Series" battery is essential for the P35i's performance and is designed for efficient high-current discharge. Note: It is generally only compatible with Nitecore 21700i Series batteries or 2x CR123/RCR123 batteries (with a battery magazine, but these do not support Turbo output or in-torch charging). It is not compatible with conventional 21700/18650 batteries.

  • USB-C Rechargeable: Features a USB-C charging port on the tailcap for convenient and relatively fast charging. A full charge for the included 5,000mAh battery takes approximately 4 hours with a 5V/2A adapter.

  • Battery Level Indicator: The OLED display shows detailed battery level readings.
