Obecnie miernik lakieru GL-PRO-6 występuje w trzech wersjach:
–GL-PRO-6-F, sonda na przewodzie z kulką, pomiar tylko na blachach stalowych;
–GL-PRO-6-FA, sonda na przewodzie z kulką, pomiar na blachach stalowych i aluminiowych (automatyczne rozpoznanie materiału);
–GL-PRO-6-FAZ, sonda na przewodzie z kulką, pomiar na blachach stalowych i aluminiowych (automatyczne rozpoznanie materiału z funkcją wykrywania powłoki cynkowej na blasze stalowej).

W miernikach GL-PRO-6 zastosowano sondę pomiarową na przewodzie. Sonda zakończona jest tzw. kulką co ułatwia pomiar na krzywiznach. Miernik posiada funkcjęasystent pomiaru, ktra przydaje się przy pomiarach na samochodach.

Mierniki serii GL-PRO-6 są rozwiązaniami opartymi na nowoczesnych32-bitowych procesorach.Dzięki temu otrzymano szybki i dokładny pomiar realizowany za pomocą12-bitowegoprzetwornika.

W miernikach zastosowano nowatorską konstrukcję sondy pomiarowej, ktra umożliwia pomiar punktowy na materiałach ferromagnetycznych i niemagnetycznych (w zależności od wersji), automatycznie rozpoznając badany materiał oraz informując na wyświetlaczu o rodzaju materiału. Sonda zakończona jest tzw. kulką.

Cechą wyrżniającą mierniki GL-PRO-6-FAZ jest automatycznerozpoznawanie czy blacha ferromagnetyczna jest pokryta warstwą cynku lub czy jest nieocynkowana. Ma to duże znaczenie podczas pomiaru na samochodzie – ujawni nam to, ktre elementy karoserii były wymienione na tańsze nieocynkowane. Sonda została całkowicie przez nas opracowana.

Miernik posiada funkcję kalibracji na wzorcach grubości (dołączone do zestawu).
