The YATO YT-73094 digital multimeter is designed for both alternating and direct voltage and current measurements, offering a wide range of functionalities suitable for both basic and advanced electrical tasks.

Measurement Accuracies:


For example, the measurement accuracy for AC voltage of 235 V would be calculated as follows:


  • Measurement accuracy: ±(1.2% + 3), resolution 0.1 V
  • Calculation: (235 x 1.2%) + 3 x 0.1 = 2.82 + 0.3 = 3.12 V

Thus, the actual result would be reported as 235 ± 3.12 V.


Built-in Functions:


  • TRUE RMS - accurately displays the true RMS value of AC voltage, ensuring accurate measurements even with distorted waveforms.
  • NCV - non-contact detection of AC voltage through an inductive method, identifying voltage presence in insulated wires.

  • Battery Test - assesses battery condition by drawing a small current, comparing results from the DC voltage test and battery test.
