Exceptional thermal image quality

Precise temperature mapping is ensured by a detector with a sensitivity of NETD ≤40 mK and a resolution of 320 × 240 pixels (76,800 measurement points). These parameters result in a clear, detailed image that allows you to detect even slight temperature differences. Smooth operation is ensured by a refresh rate of 50 Hz, keeping the image stable and clear even during dynamic scanning.

Clear display and fast analysis

All data is displayed on a 2.8-inch color LCD screen with a resolution of 640 × 480 pixels. It offers high sharpness and contrast, which significantly facilitates the identification of problematic areas. This allows you to react instantly to detected anomalies without the need for additional analysis on a computer.

The TR20 Pro model uses a dual-camera system that combines thermal imaging with visible light in fusion mode. This solution allows you to accurately locate the source of the problem and better understand its context. This feature is particularly effective in substations, transformer stations, and anywhere where quick and accurate identification of high-temperature spots is crucial.

Real-time monitoring and documentation

The device supports video recording, which is extremely useful during lengthy inspections, such as boiler inspections, electrical system monitoring, or HVAC system testing. The automatic temperature alarm feature—both visual and audible—further enhances workplace safety. Upon detecting an anomaly, the camera automatically saves the image, ensuring that no critical information is missed.

Flexibility in all conditions

The wide-angle field of view of 50° × 37.2° allows you to cover a larger area in a single measurement. This means less time spent scanning and faster fault detection. This is particularly important in service work, where every minute counts. You have access to as many as 5 image modes, including thermal, PIP, fusion offset, fusion rate, and digital, as well as 8 color palettes. This allows you to easily adapt the data presentation to the specific situation and type of inspection. Regardless of the work environment, the TR20 Pro provides a clear and useful image.

The robust construction made of high-quality materials is protected to IP54 standard, shielding the device from dust and splashes. Additionally, the camera can withstand drops from heights of up to 1 meter, making it a reliable tool even in demanding working conditions.

A wide measurement range from –20°C to 550°C, accuracy of ±2%, and an optimal measurement distance of 0.3 to 3 meters allow for versatile use of the device. The camera automatically tracks the hottest and coldest points, which speeds up diagnostics and increases their accuracy. The built-in 5000 mAh Li-ion battery provides up to 8 hours of continuous operation, and USB-C charging ensures convenient use.

Memory and Fast Data Transfer

The built-in 8 GB memory allows you to store over 30,000 images, which can be automatically captured upon detection of anomalies. Thanks to the USB-C port, fast data transfer is possible, facilitating the archiving and further analysis of measurement results.
