Network Cable Tester with 6 wavelength Optical Power Meter and Visual Fault Locator (VFL)
Features: Multifunctional network and fiber optic cable tester designed for professional network cable tracing, diagnostics, and maintenance. The tester consists of a transmitter and a receiver. Suitable for UTP and STP network cables, telephone wires, electrical wires, and BNC coaxial cables. VFL Visual Fault Locator: The built-in red laser helps detect breaks, bends, and other faults in fiber optic cables and accurately locate the fault point. Supports two cable tracing modes: analog mode is used to locate cables by analog signal, while digital mode allows more accurate cable identification among other wires even in environments with signal interference. The high-sensitivity receiver helps quickly locate the required cable in complex installations. The integrated LCD display allows convenient viewing of measurement and test results. Built-in LED lighting in the transmitter and receiver makes working in low-light conditions easier. The built-in battery is charged via a USB Type-C port. The compact ergonomic design is suitable for convenient use during installation and maintenance work.
Functions: Cable tracing and identification using a tone generator and probe. Network cable wire sequence and continuity testing. Detection of short circuits, open circuits, and crossed wires. Cable continuity testing while connected to a PoE switch or other device. Detection of PoE power supply mode and powered wire pairs. RJ45 connector crimping and contact connection quality testing. Optical power and optical attenuation measurement at 850 / 1300 / 1310 / 1490 / 1550 / 1625 nm wavelengths. Detection of fiber optic cable faults, breaks, and bends using a red laser. NCV detector: enables non-contact voltage detection in wires, electrical sockets, and other equipment. This helps reduce the risk of electrical injury during testing or installation work.
