The DMS-1250-12TP/E from D-Link is a managed switch designed for professional environments requiring high capacity and flexible network management. It features a total of 10 RJ45 Ethernet ports, of which 8 support standard speeds and one offers PoE (Power over Ethernet) capability, allowing direct power supply to compatible devices without extra power cables. Additionally, it includes 2 SFP ports for fiber optic connections, extending range and speed for high-performance links. This switch supports speeds up to 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet on RJ-45 ports, integrating key standards such as IEEE 802.3ab, 802.3ae, 802.3af, 802.3an, 802.3at, 802.3az, and 802.3bt, ensuring compatibility with current protocols and efficient power management. Its internal memory of 512 MB supports a MAC address table of 16,000 entries, enabling advanced network management and data filtering to optimize traffic. The unit comes in a black finish and is rack-mount ready, including an AC power connector for reliable electrical connection.
