VDSL2-sild võrguühenduse laiendamiseks

VMG4005-B50A on mõeldud VDSL2-ühenduse edastamiseks DSL-liinilt Etherneti-võrku. Seade töötab sillana, mistõttu saab internetiühenduse haldamise jätta eraldi ruuteri, tulemüüri või muu võrguseadme ülesandeks.


Bonding ja vectoring

Seade toetab VDSL2 17a profiili ning ITU-T standarditel põhinevaid bonding- ja vectoring-funktsioone. Bonding võimaldab ühilduvas võrgus kombineerida DSL-liine, vectoring aitab aga vähendada kaablikimbus tekkivaid häireid. Funktsioonide tegelik kasutatavus sõltub internetiteenuse pakkuja võrgust ja ühenduse konfiguratsioonist.


Kiire Ethernetiühendus

Gigabitine Etherneti-liides võimaldab ühendada VMG4005-B50A võrguühenduse seadmega, mis toetab gigabitist andmesidet. See sobib näiteks ruuteri, tulemüüri, arvuti või muu võrguseadme ühendamiseks.
