GS1900-48HP V2 on mõeldud olukordadeks, kus on vaja emapinnal suurt portide arvu koos PoE-toega. See võimaldab vähendada kaablite ja eraldi toiteplokkide hulka ning lihtsustab paigaldust kohtadesse, kus võrguseadmetel ei ole ligipääsu eraldi elektripistikule.
