Lightning fast Thunderbol 3 technology delivers the speed, and Drobo´s fully automated BeyondRaid functionality provides the smplicity for the best storage experience on the planet.

Not only is the 5D3 fast, but it`s easy to use, expandable, flexible and protected - exactly what you would expect from a Drobo. You can safely edit, stor and view photos an dvideos for your 4K/5K workflows, as back up your persdonal and business data.

  • Drives and Expansion:
  • Up to five (5) 3.5" SATA II/III hard disk drives or solid state drives (sold separately)
  • One (1) mSATA solid state drive in the Drobo Accelerator Bay for increased Performance (sold separetely)
  • Drives of any manufacturer, capacity, spindle Speed and/or Cache can be used. No carries or Tools required
  • Expandable by adding drives or hot-swapping drives with alrger ones.
