The easy35 126 holder allows you to scan 126 film that is 35mm wide and has aframe size of 26.5x26.5mm or less. The holder has an asymmetrical design,showing more of one side of the frame than the other, in the same way the 126frame is offset on the film. The holders fits into the easy35 system just like anyother compatible holder - by sliding out the existing holder and sliding in thisnew holder.The gate dimensions are approximately: Length 32mm Width 32mm allowingyou to see the whole frame and the some of the rebate area around.VALOI easy35 holders work by passing the film through a thin slit passingthrough the whole holder and out on the other side. This way, you canconveniently push or pull the film through all the way, saving you time andeffort compared to a traditional clam shell holder.All VALOI holders employ a double-S curve design, where the slit that the film ispassed through curves before and after the scanning gate.
