Cintiq 16 on varustatud Wacomi uuendusliku Pro Pen 2 pliiatsiga, mis pakub 8192 surveastet, kallutustuvastust ja praktiliselt viivitusteta joonistamist. Pliiats ei vaja patareisid ega laadimist, mis tagab pideva töökindluse ja mugavuse.
