DeathAdder V4 Pro on varustatud Razer Focus Pro 30K optilise sensoriga, mis tagab erakordse täpsuse ja ülikiire reageerimisvõime. Tänu 30 000 DPI tundlikkusele ja 750 IPS jälgimiskiirusele suudab hiir täpselt jälgida ka kõige kiiremaid liigutusi, mis on eriti oluline kiiretempolistes e-spordi mängudes. Hiire ergonoomiline kuju toetab kätt loomulikult, vähendades väsimust ka pikkadel mängusessioonidel.

Juhtmevaba ühendus kasutab Razer HyperSpeed Wireless tehnoloogiat, mis tagab ülikiire ja stabiilse ühenduse ilma viivitusteta.
