Revopoint MetroY Pro 3D Scanner

The Revopoint MetroY Pro is a professional 3D scanner designed for engineers, designers, developers and professionals involved in quality control and reverse engineering. It can scan objects ranging in size from 10 × 10 × 10 mm to 1 × 1 × 1 m, combining precision with high detail. It offers five operating modes and a volumetric accuracy of 0.02 mm + 0.03 mm × L (m), and allows scanning in both handheld and stationary configurations. As a result, it provides fast data acquisition, flexible operation and repeatable results.

Wide range of scanned objects

MetroY Pro allows you to scan both very small technical parts (from 10 mm) and larger objects up to 1 m. This allows you to digitize small details, complex mechanical components, equipment parts and elaborate structures with a single device. All this makes the scanner suitable for a variety of industrial, prototyping and production projects.

Advanced blue-light scanning modes

MetroY Pro uses 34 laser blue cross lines, 15 parallel lines, a single line and a 62-line full-field pattern. In addition, it supports several scanning modes. Cross-Lines works well for glossy and dark materials, Parallel-Lines is suitable for scanning fine details, and Single-Line accurately captures the geometry of deep holes and hard-to-reach areas using markers. There's also a Full-field mode that lets you quickly digitize complex objects. You can also use the device in conjunction with the included rotating stand to automatically scan models in a repeatable, smooth manner.

Enhanced precision and measurement stability

The MetroY Pro provides volumetric accuracy of 0.02 mm + 0.03 mm × L (m), enabling stable and consistent data across the entire surface of the scanned object. Such characteristics are particularly important in dimensional inspection, component design and geometry restoration processes, as well as in applications requiring maximum precision in spatial mapping.

High-speed data acquisition

The MetroY Pro offers two speeds depending on the mode of operation - in multi-line scanning the speed is up to 1,700,000 points per second, and in full-field mode it reaches 7,000,000 points per second. This allows you to digitize even complex objects quickly!

Spray-free scanning on selected surfaces

MetroY Pro allows you to scan selected dark and glossy surfaces without spray. As a result, many objects can be digitized without additional preparation steps. Such a solution noticeably reduces working time and is great for professional applications. For more challenging surfaces, such as metallic, highly reflective or transparent surfaces, it is possible to apply the spray as instructed, improving the quality of reproduction.

Convenient Wi-Fi 6 and USB-C connectivity

The scanner offers two modes of operation: wired and wireless. Wi-Fi 6 provides fast data transfer and freedom when scanning, while the USB-C port allows a stable connection to a computer or mobile device. This makes the MetroY Pro suitable for a variety of tasks.

Ergonomic and lightweight design

The MetroY Pro weighs only about 450 grams, so it won't make you feel tired even during longer scanning sessions. The ergonomic handle and intuitive button layout allow for comfortable operation and give you full control over the entire process. What's more, the compact design makes it easy to precisely maneuver the scanner around complex surfaces and details.

A complete set for professional tasks

MetroY Pro comes with a complete set of accessories that allow you to start working almost immediately after unpacking. In the box, you'll find not only the scanner, but also a USB-C to USB-C cable, a power adapter, a carrying case and a calibration board. Also included are 200 markers to help you track your subject. In addition, you get a Mobile Kit (3rd generation), a tripod, a swivel stand and a test model. All this allows you to expand your work possibilities!

Many possible applications

The MetroY Pro model will prove itself in many technical processes where fast and precise spatial data acquisition is important. It can be used, for example, in reverse engineering, where it allows you to reproduce the geometry of mechanical parts and device components. In prototyping, it supports the creation of test models and the introduction of design corrections, and in quality control it facilitates the comparison of scans with technical documentation. In additive manufacturing, on the other hand, the scanner provides the data needed to prepare accurate 3D models.

Revo Metro software

The MetroY Pro scanner works with Revo Metro software, which allows convenient editing of 3D models and preparing them for further processing. The program allows export to PLY, OBJ, STL, ASC, 3MF, GLTF and FBX formats, ensuring compatibility with popular design applications. What's more, it runs on Windows, macOS, Android and iOS, giving you full freedom to choose your working environment.
