The CR-Scan Raptor Pro 3D scanner is an advanced measuring tool designed for professional engineering, automotive, industrial, and design applications. It combines three scanning technologies—blue laser lines, near-infrared (NIR) structured light, and full-color RGB capture – offering exceptional accuracy, high speed, and tremendous flexibility. This solution was designed by Creality for users who expect reliable 3D data reading without unnecessary limitations.

Dual blue laser system

The CR-Scan Raptor Pro is equipped with two blue light scanning modes, which can be seamlessly switched between during operation. 22 cross laser lines provide wide area coverage and allow you to quickly scan medium and large objects, reducing the number of passes and unnecessary repetitions. In turn, 7 parallel laser lines, each only 0.1 mm thick, are designed for scanning fragments that require maximum detail – ideal for capturing sharp edges and fine details.

Versatility and scanning comfort thanks to NIR

Near-infrared (NIR) structured light technology enables scanning at speeds of up to 30 frames per second and is ideal for objects with varied geometries. The combination of NIR light and blue laser lines allows you to scan items ranging in size from 5 × 5 × 5 mm to 4000 × 4000 × 4000 mm, covering everything from small technical components to large industrial parts, molds, automotive parts, and even entire human figures.

Professional-grade volumetric accuracy

The CR-Scan Raptor Pro offers volumetric accuracy of 0.02 mm + 0.08 mm/m, making it suitable for tasks requiring high measurement precision. The temperature compensation algorithm ensures stable operation and repeatable results, even during long scanning sessions. With a performance of up to 660,000 points per second and a scanning frequency of up to 60 frames per second, working with the scanner is smooth, fast, and extremely efficient, even with large objects.

Markerless and spray-free scanning

Thanks to 3D imaging technology with spot matching, the scanner allows scanning without the use of markers for objects rich in geometric features. What's more, the device is distinguished by its very high material adaptability – it allows scanning of black and metallic surfaces without the need for matting sprays, which significantly reduces the time needed to prepare the object and simplifies the entire process.

Fast and accurate scanning of people

The special Face & Body mode uses a dedicated face mapping algorithm that accurately reproduces details and facilitates hair scanning. A full scan of the human body can be performed in as little as 2 minutes, making the Raptor Pro an excellent tool for medical, ergonomic, clothing, and design applications.

Stability and resilience in all conditions

One-Shot 3D imaging technology provides natural image stabilization and reduces the risk of losing tracking during manual scanning. The quick rewind function further improves the smoothness of operation. The blue laser is highly resistant to ambient light, allowing outdoor scanning – up to 50,000 lux in 7-line mode and up to 100,000 lux in 22-cross-line mode. The ring light indicator, physical control buttons, and non-slip housing make the scanner quick and intuitive to use. In addition, the detachable lanyard increases safety during handheld scanning and mobile applications.

Advanced optics and 3D camera

At the heart of the imaging system is a 2.3 MP 3D camera equipped with a low-distortion lens (<5‰), 20 mm depth of field, and 9-element glass construction. The metal tube and lens mount ensure mechanical stability and long life, resulting in exceptional geometric data quality. The built-in RGB camera enables 24-bit full-color scanning in all operating modes. Blue light provides illumination during laser scanning, while white light increases the brightness and readability of color textures, ensuring realistic surface reproduction.

Professional CrealityScan software

CrealityScan software is designed for maximum ease of use. It offers clear tutorials for beginners, one-click model processing, advanced editing tools, and efficient point cloud and mesh data management. Data from the scanner can be imported directly into leading inspection and design programs such as Geomagic Control X, Geomagic Design X, and Verisurf Inspect. One-click integration significantly streamlines quality control, reverse engineering, CAD design, and model preparation for further processing or 3D printing.
