Work faster, more accurately, and more comfortably, no matter where you’re taking measurements. The Revopoint Trackit SR combines high scanning accuracy with wireless operation, advanced optical tracking, and three scanning modes, allowing it to easily adapt to a wide range of applications. Its lightweight design, weighing just 1 kg, makes it easy to transport, and its ability to scan both small details and large objects makes it ideal for professional work environments. The package is rounded out by the dedicated Revo Measure and Revo Track software, which streamline measurements and the further processing of the acquired data.

Three scanning modes for every task

The Revopoint Trackit SR offers three specialized operating modes, allowing you to select the scanning method best suited to a specific object. The long-range mode uses 17 parallel laser lines, enabling efficient capture of larger components. When capturing fine details is essential, a system of 30 intersecting laser lines provides high data density. Meanwhile, a single laser line effectively reaches deep holes and hard-to-reach areas, increasing the device’s versatility when working with challenging models.

High Accuracy and Markerless Tracking

An advanced optical tracking system eliminates the need for markers, simplifying model preparation for scanning and speeding up the entire process. The scanner provides volumetric accuracy of 0.02 + 0.04 mm × L (m), enabling extremely precise geometric representation even for large objects. A short thermal stabilization time of just two minutes allows you to start working quickly without a long wait for the device to be ready. This makes the Trackit SR ideal for any application where both measurement precision and high productivity are essential.

Wireless Operation with Large Objects

The Trackit SR was designed with maximum freedom of movement in mind. Wireless scanning eliminates cable restrictions, and support for wireless multi-position stations allows you to quickly set up a workstation for digitizing large objects. This solution significantly streamlines work on complex projects and makes it easier to perform scans in various locations. The device’s light weight—just 1 kg—further enhances user comfort during longer measurement sessions and fieldwork.

Ready for Use in Any Conditions

The calibration process has been optimized so that full system setup takes less than 20 minutes, allowing you to move on to the actual scanning more quickly. The device also stands out for its ability to operate outdoors under light intensities of up to 100,000 lux, maintaining high-quality data acquisition even in very bright environments. Additionally, the scanner creates detailed texture maps and accurately reproduces colors, ensuring that digital models feature both precise geometry and a natural surface appearance. When combined with Revo Measure and Revo Track software, it forms a comprehensive tool for professional 3D scanning and post-processing.
