Safe Zone

Then Tractive Safe Zone is a fantastic feature you don't want to miss. Tractive enables you to set a Safe Zone for your pet. As soon as your pet leaves the Safe Zone, you get an alert directly on your smartphone. No SMS costs, no hidden fees.

Monthly service only € 4.99
Tractive uses GPS and communicates through cell phone towers, which enable you to track your pet 24/7. Since using the cell phone towers and infrastructure has costs associated with it, we have to charge a low monthly service fee for Tractive. As we are confident you will love Tractive, you don't need a service commitment, can stop and restart the service anytime, and of course we don't charge any activation or other hidden fees. LIVE Tracking
Tractive doesn't just show you where your pet was a few minutes ago, but also enables you to track your pet LIVE over the internet or the Tractive Apps. Start the Live Tracking Mode and you will see the trace where your pet was and where it is headed right now.

Integrated Light
The integrated light not only helps to find missing pets in the dark, but also increases the visibily of your pet when going for a walk close to roads.

Tractive Apps
The free Tractive Apps for iPhone and Android allow you to see the location of your pet on an interactive map. With Tractive Apps, you can also manage important pet information such as allergies, vet appointments and vaccination appointments. Let Tractive be the one place to store, manage and share your pet photos and browse through thousands of pet photos from other pets. The apps are integrated with Facebook and allow you to share your pet photos and other information anytime, anywhere.

The Tractive GPS device leverages the cell phone infrastructure to commuincate with the Tractive Apps. In order for this to work, Tractive has agreements with many cell phone operators and carriers in all countries listed above. Depending on the cell coverage of the different carriers, you might not have signal everywhere in those countries. Typically Tractive should work wherever your cell phone works in those countries, but we can't guarantee 100% coverage.

As the shipment arrives to the selected terminal, you will be sent an SMS-notification with an unique code. Go to the terminal within a week, enter the code and take your package. It is as simple as that.

Did not find an Omniva terminal at suitable location? Try SmartPost. Choose the desired terminal at the shopping cart. As the shipment arrives to the selected terminal, you will be sent an SMS-notification with an unique code. Go to the terminal within a week, enter the code and take your package. This method actually works for all parcel terminals.

DPD parcel locker

Make sure you check out also the locations of DPD parcel lockers. These are located all over Estonia. The delivery is the same. As the shipment arrives to the selected locker, you will be sent an SMS with a unique code. Go to the locker, enter the code and take your package.

Smartpost Finland parcel terminal

SmartPOST Finland is the best way to order goods to Finland. These terminals work the same way as in Estonia. As the shipment arrives to the selected terminal in Finland, you will be sent an SMS-notification with an unique code. Go to the terminal, enter the code and take your package.

Matkahuolto parcel service

Matkahuolto is easy way to order goods to Finland. These are located also in smaller Finnish towns. As the shipment arrives to the selected Matkahuolto outlet, you will be sent an SMS-notification or an e-mail. Go to the outlet, show your ID and take your package.

Omniva courier delivery

The courier will transport your goods from Photopoint straight to the provided address. The delivery will take place at workdays from 08:00 to 17:00. Hold your phone near you as the courier will call you prior to its arrival. Please make sure there is someone at the destination, eligible to receive the shipment.
