The DS2208 is a new generation of LS2208 series, which is a response to the widespread need in the cash registers and point of sale to read codes from cell phone displays or LCD screens as well as to increase the reading speed achieved by omni-directional code reading.

Based on the success of the best selling LS2208 1D scanner, which has been deployed in millions of locations across the globe, it seamlessly translates 2D codes at an attractive price.

Employees receive a simple-to-use, reliable reader that enables quick, point-and-scan scanning, which is easy to implement and manage. The DS2208, unlike the LS2208, thanks to omni-directional reading technology, can quickly and easily read almost every existing code on the market. In addition, the device has the ability to recognize characters from the screen of electronic devices, significantly improving customer comfort and widening the range of marketing and sales opportunities for your business. The unit also handles poor quality codes that LS2208 scanner would not be able to perform.
