Belt sander- Belt sanders are a great way to sand flat surfaces smooth, fast. Featuring an 900W variable speed electric motor and Bench Sander functionality, our BS7000 is versatile and has plenty of power on hand to get the job done.
Workshop and DIY - Ideal for smoothing down undressed wood, stripping paint and varnish from an old table or doors, sanding a wood floor, and much more. Whilst heavy in the hand at 3.4.kg, the weighted design means that less effort is required when working, with the weight of the tool applying the necessary downward pressure for most jobs.
Bench grinder function - Simply flip the sander over and secure to a worktop using the supplied clamps, to turn the BS7000 into a fantastic bench grinder machine that allows you to sand odd shaped items, chamfer edges, polish, clean rough edges - from materials like wood, metal and plastics.
Quick change belt - Widely available 76x533mm (3x21inch) sanding belts are easily fitted and replaced in no time using the self tensioning mechanism. Just pull the lever to release the tension from the belt and allow you to simply lift the old one away, slot on the new one, and re-tension. Should you need to align the belt this can be done quickly using the adjustment knob. Supplied with 2x 120 grit sanding belts.
Great features - Other features include Electronic Speed Control with 6 settings (120-380m/min), a trigger lock that allows you to keep the power on with your hands off, a 3 position adjustable handle, dust collection box, and a vacuum connector for keeping dust down and a 2 metre power cord for comfortable working.
