The xTool P3 80W is an advanced premium laser engraving machine that combines the power of an 80-watt CO2 laser with intelligent features to make your work easier. With a working area of 915 x 458 mm and speeds reaching up to 1,200 mm/s, the device allows you to achieve excellent results in both creative work and mass production. At the same time, it ensures safe use. Create artistic designs, acrylic ornaments, wooden sculptures, series of objects and much more - with xTool P3 you don't have to limit yourself. The all-in-one set includes not only an engraving machine, but also a smart feeder for working with long sheets, a rotary attachment for processing cylindrical objects, a smoke absorber and a mobile workstation with a load capacity of up to about 200 kg, which makes it easy to move the machine and its accessories thanks to its sturdy casters.

With 80 W of power, a working area of 915 x 458 mm and a working speed of up to 1,200 mm/s, the xTool P3 sets new standards among desktop engraving machines. The CO2 laser tube offers a lifespan of up to 10,000 hours, which translates into thousands of projects and many days of uninterrupted, stable operation without performance drops. It's equipment made for long-term, intensive use - whether in professional workshops or small-scale production.

Automation with ACS™ - effortless accuracy

The Automated Creation System™ (ACS) solution integrates vision, distance measurement and motion control into one seamless process. Auto-Positioning, LiDAR Ranging and Auto-Lifting Focus functions eliminate the need for manual adjustments, reducing project preparation to a minimum and guaranteeing the perfect focus point for any material.

Two integrated cameras - you see every detail

Two integrated camera modules work in full synergy. The 16 MP SkyView panoramic camera allows you to accurately frame large projects, while the close-up camera provides incredible precision with jewelry or small parts. In addition, the Smart Nesting system automatically analyzes materials and decomposes designs, achieving as much as 98.7% plastic utilization, and the Variable Batch Fill function enables serial engraving with variable data - perfect for personalized production.

LiDAR and AutoLift Base - perfect results

The integrated LiDAR system instantly measures distance to adjust autofocus with high accuracy. AutoLift Base, on the other hand, allows you to process materials up to about 220 mm in height, positioning them at an optimal level without user input. The result? Perfect cuts regardless of material thickness!

EasySet™ 2.0 - intelligent material recognition

The advanced EasySet™ 2.0 system automatically scans QR codes on materials, selecting the ideal power and speed parameters. This avoids setup errors and ensures repeatable quality with every run.

Automate large projects

With the included xTool P3 smart feeder, it seamlessly processes long sheets and large objects, perfect for an efficient production system. It installs once and its guides can be easily connected in seconds, saving space and working time. The accessory increases the working area to as much as 610 x 1300 mm and allows processing of a wide variety of materials - from wood and acrylic, to fiberboard and cork, to felt or EVA foam. What's more, using it is very simple - just lay out the material, scan its position, prepare the design in the software and start automatic processing. The system will take care of moving the sheet itself, maintaining perfect continuity of the design!

Rotary attachment included - simple engraving of cylindrical objects

The kit also includes the RA3 rotary attachment, which allows for precise engraving of cylindrical, spherical and irregular objects. Its installation takes just a moment - the innovative MagSwap™ system allows you to change it in seconds, without having to reach for additional tools. So you can quickly change designs and conveniently engrave ornaments, mugs and more! The T-handle provides a stable hold for workpieces up to 130 mm in diameter, and the 360° LiDAR Mapping™ creates a realistic 3D preview before you begin.

Two technologies, unlimited possibilities

The xTool P3 handles more than 300 types of materials by combining two technologies: an 80 W CO2 laser for cutting wood, acrylic, glass, leather and fabric, and an optional 5 W IR module (sold separately) for engraving aluminum, copper, brass or plastic. Interchangeable lenses with focal lengths of 1.5", 2.0" and 2.5" are also available, allowing you to match the beam to any task - from cutting fine details to deep cuts (the kit includes the M - 2.0" lens, the other lenses are available for separate sale).

Full control and safety of work

The engraving machine has a built-in fire protection system and is equipped with eight flame sensors, a temperature sensor and side cameras that constantly monitor the inside of the chamber for safe operation. A CO2 cylinder (0.6 l) is also available for sale separately, which automatically extinguishes any fire in less than a second. In addition, the device offers an emergency stop function, a locking mechanism, and safety features for the open lid and waste container. All this will allow you to work with peace of mind!

Clean air with the SafetyPro™ AP2 Max

You'll also find a powerful AP2 Max air purifier included. Its filtration system with a 7-layer filter and SuperCyclone technology removes smoke, odors and formaldehyde right at the source. With a capacity of 700 m³/h, the unit provides a safe and comfortable working environment in any workshop.

Live view - real-time control

The P3 model allows the user to observe the engraving process from two perspectives: from the side and from the front. This allows the user to see every stage of the work without having to open the lid, maintaining complete safety and accuracy.
