ELEGOO Centauri Carbon is an advanced 3D printer designed for 3D printing professionals, engineers and enthusiasts. Stability at any speed

The Centauri Carbon is distinguished by a sturdy frame made of cast aluminum and additional reinforcements in the form of four aluminum alloy pillars and stainless steel side panels. This design provides excellent stability even at high printing speeds. Thus, the machine can reach speeds of up to 500 mm/s, which significantly reduces production time without sacrificing quality.

Printing from demanding materials

The use of an enclosed chamber with an active heating system allows working with demanding filaments that require stable temperature conditions. The Centauri Carbon supports a wide range of materials, including PLA, PETG, TPU, ABS, ASA and carbon fiber reinforced filaments such as PETG-CF and PA-CF. This allows users to create both flexible and extremely durable models that can withstand high temperatures and mechanical stress.

Cooling system - precision in every detail

Centauri Carbon is equipped with an advanced cooling system that includes a high-speed model fan, an auxiliary fan for parts and an external housing fan. This solution guarantees an optimal temperature in the chamber, which effectively prevents layer deformation and allows for extremely precise details in prints.

Stable filament feeding and automatic cutting

A dual extruder made of hardened steel ensures smooth and precise material feeding, even when printing at high speeds. The built-in automatic filament cutter allows for fast and precise cutting and material reversal, eliminating the problem of clogged nozzles and improving the overall reliability of the device.

CoreXY kinematics - speed and accuracy

The use of CoreXY kinematics makes the printer achieve high precision and printing speed, while reducing the weight of moving parts. As a result, Centauri Carbon not only runs faster than standard 3D printers, but also provides better detail reproduction and higher print repeatability.

Automatic leveling and Z-axis compensation

The printer is equipped with an automatic calibration system, which uses four precision pressure sensors and an intelligent Z-axis compensation algorithm. As a result, the user can fully focus on designing, and the table alignment itself is done with a single click, eliminating the need for manual adjustments.

Full control over printing

Centauri Carbon offers the function of recording the printing process with a built-in timelapse camera. Users can monitor the print progress live, analyze any errors and document the entire process in high resolution, which is particularly useful for industrial and educational applications.
