xTool Apparel Printer - all-in-one kit

The xTool Apparel Printer is an advanced apparel printer designed for professional use in the textile and advertising industry. It can produce permanent, full-color prints on all types of fabrics - from cotton and polyester, to denim and canvas, to spandex, nylon or leather. Unlike sublimation and screen printing, it also allows printing on dark materials, guaranteeing vivid colors and sharp details. The all-in-one kit also includes equipment to support the entire printing and fixing process - the OS1 Automatic Shaker Oven Machine for automatic application and fixing of adhesive powder, and the SafetyPro™ AP2 Air Purifier, an air purifier for removing dust and odors when working with laser and thermal equipment.

Industry-level performance

The printer achieves impressive production speeds - in an hour it can apply 440 3" × 3" prints with 4 passes or 26 large 12" × 8" designs with 6 passes. This makes the machine suitable for both small, personalized orders and mass production of garments. The width of the working area is 356 mm (14"), which also allows printing large designs in full T-shirt format.

Latest printing technology

The device uses a dual Epson I1600 (3rd generation, 2023) print head - one is responsible for color and the other for white ink. The resolution of 720 × 1800 DPI (Dots Per Inch, the number of print dots per inch) and ultra-fine droplets of 3.8 pL (picoliters, the unit of ink volume) guarantee the highest sharpness and even coverage. Thanks to the dual system, the heads are more resistant to clogging and last up to twice as long as in older solutions.

Professional quality

The device is calibrated to the G7 Certified standard, which means perfect color and tonality reproduction. Colors seen on the computer screen are faithfully transferred to the fabric, and prints remain crisp even after many washings. The printer provides HD (High Definition, high resolution) prints with full screen-to-print color consistency.

Intelligent support

A built-in 16 MP AI (Artificial Intelligence) camera automatically calibrates heads, performs print tests and detects nozzle clogs. In addition, the software uses artificial intelligence to improve the quality of images - it increases the resolution of blurry graphics, generates designs based on text and optimizes the layout of elements on the sheet, saving ink and material.

Reliable printing process

The xTool Apparel Printer automatically uses a unique "Print-to-Bake" process. It involves four steps: printing, adhesion powder application, even distribution and baking (curing). As a result, prints are flexible, resistant to abrasion and retain vivid colors for a long time, giving it an advantage over sublimation or screen printing.

Intuitive software

The xTool Creative Space software replaces external RIP (Raster Image Processor) tools. It allows you to edit designs, prepare mockups, nesting and control printing parameters in one environment. The intuitive interface makes operation simple for both novice and experienced operators.

Automatic maintenance and monitoring

The SmartCycle™ system runs continuously, taking care of head cleanliness, white ink circulation and proper hydration. The xTool Apparel Printer is thus always ready to go, and you can monitor its status in real time from the mobile app.

All-in-one kit

The all-in-one kit includes two specialized devices that support the entire apparel production process. The OS1 Automatic Shaker Oven Machine automates the application and curing stages of adhesive powder - with double-sided operation, a compact design and a powder recycling system for maximum efficiency and material savings. The SafetyPro™ AP2 Air Purifier, on the other hand, is an air purifier designed to effectively remove dust and odors generated during laser and thermal equipment operation, resulting in a safe and clean working environment.
