EABS-GF 1,75mm LOOMULIK 1kg on spetsiaalselt arendatud 3D-printeri filament, mis ühendab endas E-ABS (Engineering Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) materjali tugevuse ja klaaskiuga tugevdatud koostise eelised. See filament on mõeldud nõudlikeks insenertehnilisteks rakendusteks, kus on oluline nii detailide mehaaniline tugevus, jäikus kui ka mõõtmete stabiilsus. Tänu klaaskiule on see materjal oluliselt tugevam ja jäigem kui tavaline ABS või isegi standardne E-ABS, pakkudes samas head trükitavust ja mõõtmete täpsust.

Looduslik (natural) värvus tähendab, et filament on läbipaistva või kergelt piimja tooniga, võimaldades näha trükitud detaili sisemist struktuuri. See on ideaalne valik prototüüpimiseks, funktsionaalsete osade valmistamiseks ning tehnilisteks rakendusteks, kus on oluline materjali tugevus ja vastupidavus. EABS-GF filament sobib hästi nii tööstuslikele kui ka hobikasutajatele, kes soovivad saavutada professionaalseid tulemusi.

Klaaskiuga tugevdatud E-ABS on vastupidav kemikaalidele, UV-kiirgusele ja kulumisele, mistõttu sobib see ka välitingimustes kasutamiseks. Materjalil on madalam kokkutõmbumine võrreldes tavalise ABS-iga, mis vähendab deformatsiooni ja pragunemise riski suuremate detailide printimisel. Samuti on see filament vähem altid kihistumise probleemidele, tagades ühtlase ja kvaliteetse printimistulemuse.

Tänu oma suurepärastele mehaanilistele omadustele kasutatakse EABS-GF filamenti sageli masinaosade, tööriistade, kinnituste, tehniliste prototüüpide ja muude funktsionaalsete komponentide valmistamiseks, kus on oluline tugevus, jäikus ja vastupidavus.

The courier will transport your goods from Photopoint straight to the provided address. The delivery will take place at workdays from 08:00 to 17:00.
