The Bambu Cool Plate SuperTack Pro is an advanced 3D printing build surface designed to provide exceptionally strong first-layer adhesion for PLA and PETG filaments without the need for adhesives like glue sticks.

Key Features & "Pro" Advantages

Compared to the standard SuperTack version, the "Pro" model offers several performance upgrades:

  • Enhanced Durability: Engineered for a 25% longer lifespan and improved scratch resistance.
  • Lower Operating Temperatures: Allows for lower bed temperatures, saving energy and reducing the risk of nozzle clogging.
    • PLA: 40 °C (vs. 45 °C on standard)
    • PETG: 60 °C (vs. 70 °C on standard)
  • Matte Surface Finish: Imparts a smooth, matte texture to the bottom of your prints, which helps hide surface imperfections.
  • Sustained Performance: Lab tests show less than 15% adhesion loss even after 300 prints.

Compatibility & Usage

  • Printers: Compatible with the Bambu Lab X1, P1, and A1 series, as well as the P2S and H2 series.
  • Materials: Specifically optimized for PLA and PETG.
    • Bambu PLA Silk+ is supported, but other Silk filaments may adhere too strongly and damage the plate.
    • TPU is NOT supported and can permanently damage the coating.

Best Practices & Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Use only water and mild dish soap (like Dawn). Never use acetone or other organic solvents, as they will destroy the SuperTack Pro surface.
  • First-Time Use: It is highly recommended to wash the plate with soap and water immediately out of the box to remove any factory residues.
  • Part Removal: Prints usually release easily once cooled. If a part is stuck, reheat the bed to 50 °C to help soften the bond for safer removal.
  • Firmware Note: For X1 series users, if the printer does not recognize the plate's QR code, you may need to disable the build plate position detection feature in the settings.

As the shipment arrives to the selected terminal, you will be sent an SMS-notification with an unique code. Go to the terminal within a week, enter the code and take your package. Matkahuolto is easy way to order goods to Finland. These are located also in smaller Finnish towns. As the shipment arrives to the selected Matkahuolto outlet, you will be sent an SMS-notification or an e-mail. Go to the outlet, show your ID and take your package.

Omniva courier delivery

The courier will transport your goods from Photopoint straight to the provided address. The delivery will take place at workdays from 08:00 to 17:00. Hold your phone near you as the courier will call you prior to its arrival. Please make sure there is someone at the destination, eligible to receive the shipment. 

The product can only be ordered from our online store and it takes from 7-10 working days for delivery within Estonia.
