Sobivus ja kasutamine

Filament on mõeldud 1,75 mm sisendiga FDM/FFF tüüpi 3D-printeritele. Selle rulliga töötamisel kasuta head voolu juhtivat söötesüsteemi ja veendu, et ekstruuder ning söötmisel ei ole ummistusi. ABS-materialina nõuab filament tavapäraselt head aluspinna kleepumist ja tööstuslikus kasutuses võib aidata printeri kinnine korpus temperatuuri stabiilsuse tagamiseks.


Printimisjuhised ja järeltöötlus

Et vähendada kumerust ja tagada paremad kihid, kasuta printimisel sobivaid adheseerimismeetodeid (nt brim või raft) ning kuivemat tööruumi. ABS on kaetud viimistlemisvõimalustega: pind on lihvitav ning aketooniauruga võimalik saavutada siledam ja poolläikiv viimistlus, mis on tavapärane meetod ABS-i puhul.


Ladustamine

Filament neelab niiskust, mistõttu säilita rull kuivas keskkonnas ja vajadusel kasuta kuivatit või kuivatatud kotti koos niiskusimajatega. Õige ladustamine aitab säilitada printimise kvaliteeti ja vähendada filamentiga seotud defekte.
