Omadused ja kasutusvaldkonnad

Creality Hyper ABS on klassikaline ABS-plast, mis sobib hästi tugevate ja vastupidavate osade tootmiseks: funktsionaalsed kinnitusdetailid, tööstuslikud prototüübid, kestad ja osad, mida koormused või kõrgem temperatuur mõjutavad. Must viimistlus on praktiline ja annab detailidele professionaalse mulje.


Prindisätted ja nõuanded

ABS nõuab kuumutatud printimisalust ja sageli suletud printimiskambrit parema tulemuse saavutamiseks. Soovitatavad vahemikud, mida tasub alustada ja katsetada oma printeriga: kuumenduse temperatuur umbes 220–260 °C ja printimisaluse temperatuur umbes 80–110 °C. Kasuta serva (brim) või rafti ning head aluse adhesiooni, et vähendada kurrustumist.


Turvalisus ja ventilatsioon

ABS võib printimisel eritada lõhnu ja kergeid aurusid; prinditöökojas soovitatakse head ventilatsiooni või õhukindlat kambrilahendust väljalaskega. Töötle ja lihvi osi hästi ventileeritud ruumis ning väldi kokkupuudet kuumade pindadega.


Ladustamine ja käitlemine

Säilita filament kuivas kohas, eemal otsesest päikesepaiste ja niiskusest. Kuivatusseade või kuivatatud kilekott koos kuivatiga aitab vältida niiskusest tingitud printimisprobleeme.
