PHOTON MONO M7 MAX on suure ehitusmahuga SLA-vaiguprinter, mis ühendab 14K lahutuse, detailse trükikvaliteedi ja automaatse vaiguga täitmise mugavaks prototüüpide, mudelite ning suuremate detailide valmistamiseks.

  • Suur ehitusmaht – prindiala 298 × 164 × 300 mm võimaldab valmistada suuri mudeleid või mitut väiksemat detaili korraga.
  • 14K monokroomne LCD-ekraan – 13 312 × 5120 pikslit ja ligikaudu 18 × 18 µm XY-lahutus aitavad saavutada teravad servad ning peened detailid.
  • Kuni 150 mm/h printimiskiirus – vähendab suuremate tööde valmimisaega, kui kasutad sobivat kiireks printimiseks mõeldud vaiku.

PHOTON MONO M7 MAX on loodud kasutajale, kes vajab tavalisest suuremat vaiguga 3D-printerit. Ehitusmaht 298 × 164 × 300 mm võimaldab printida suuri dekoratiivseid mudeleid, prototüüpe, figuure ja funktsionaalseid komponente ilma neid väiksemateks osadeks jagamata.


Detailne 14K printimine

13,6-tolline 14K monokroomne LCD-ekraan pakub 13 312 × 5120 piksli suurust lahutust. Ligikaudu 18 × 18 µm XY-pikslisuurus aitab reprodutseerida peeneid tekstuure, väikeseid kirjatähti ja täpseid kontuure. Monokroomne tehnoloogia võimaldab kasutada lühemaid säritusaegu ning on vastupidavam pikaajalisel kasutamisel.


Automaatne vaigutaseme juhtimine

Automaatne vaiguga täitmise süsteem aitab hoida vaigutaset töö käigus sobival tasemel. See on eriti kasulik suure ehitusmahuga printimisel, kus ühe töö käigus kulub rohkem vaiku ja käsitsi juurdevalamine võiks printimise katkestada.


Kiirem töövoog

Printeri maksimaalne printimiskiirus on kuni 150 mm/h, sõltuvalt kasutatavast vaigust, kihi paksusest ja printimisseadetest. Kiirus on eriti oluline suuremate mudelite ning mitme detaili samaaegsel valmistamisel.


Ühtlane UV-valgustus

Valgustussüsteem on loodud tagama ehitusala ühtlase UV-valgustuse. See aitab hoida mudeli kihid ühtlasemad ning toetab stabiilset printimist kogu suurel ehitusalal.


Kasutus ja sobivad projektid

Printer sobib prototüüpimiseks, disainimudelite, miniatuuride, kujukeste, kunstimudelite, detailsete makettide ning muude vaigupõhiste 3D-prinditavate esemete valmistamiseks. SLA-printimise puhul tuleb valmis detail pärast printimist pesta ja järeltöödelda UV-valguse abil vastavalt kasutatava vaigu juhistele.
