Na czym to polega?

Rozgrywka w Pory Roku jest podzielona na 2 fazy.

W pierwszej, nazywanej Preludium, gracze budują swoją własną talię, wymieniając karty Mocy z pozostałymi uczestnikami zabawy. W ten sposób starają się zebrać zestaw przydatnych efektów i stworzyć swoją strategię. 9 wybranych kart Mocy dzielą na 3 zestawy po 3 karty, które posłużą im w kolejnych częściach rozgrywki.

Druga faza, Turniej, to 3 lata (12 następujących po sobie pór roku), podczas których uczestnicy będą starali się zebrać jak najwięcej punktów prestiżu i otrzymać tytuł Arcymaga królestwa Xidit. W tym celu będą rzucać kośćmi odpowiednimi dla danej pory roku, które wskażą im możliwe do wykonania akcje.

Aby wygrać, gracze będą musieli umiejętnie zaplanować zbieranie i krystalizowanie energii, a także opłacenie kosztu skorzystania z potężnych kart Mocy, które sobie przygotowali.
