Toote ülevaade

COUPLING ELECTRO FUSION HDPE 160 on liitmik, mis on mõeldud HDPE-torude rist- või otseühenduseks nominaldiameetriga 160 mm. Liitmik on valmistatud polüetüleenist ja sisaldab integreeritud küttetraati, mis sulatab liitekohad kohale paigaldatud elektrofusioonseadme abil, luues tugeva ja tiheda liite.


Kasutus ja paigaldus

Paigaldus nõuab elektrofusioonseadet ja vastavaid ettevalmistustoiminguid (torude puhastamine, lõikamine ja joondamine). Sulatamisprotsess on automatiseeritud seadmega: ühendad liitmikud, käivitad elektrofusiooniprogrammi ja lased süsteemil soojust toota kuni materjalide sulamiseni ninghtumise lõpuni. Tulemus on sisemine ja väline ühtne liide ilma mehaaniliste kinnitusteta.
