Toote kirjeldus

COUPLING WELD WITH EL CURRENT HDPE on HDPE-materjalist elektrofusioon-liitmik (coupling), mille sees on kütteelement, mida aktiveeritakse elektrivooluga. Paigaldusel soojendab kütteelement liidese pindu nii, et toru ja liitmik sulavad omavahel kokku ning tekib homogeenne plastliide.


Paigaldus ja kasutamine

Paigaldamiseks on vajalik elektrofusioon-keevitusseade ja kontrollüksus, mis juhib voolu ja keevitusaega vastavalt liitmiku andmetele. Enne keevitust tuleb tööpinnad puhastada ja torud õigesti joondada. Keevitusprotsessi teostavad koolitatud operaatorid vastavalt keevitusprotseduurile.
