*Voice control requires connection to a third-party ecosystem platform, such as Alexa, Google or Apple, and the voice control feature must be enabled. Voice unlocking via Alexa/Google Assistant requires user-set PIN code input. Unlocking via Apple Siri is only available after phone unlock and successful voice recognition. Actual use may vary depending on assistant settings and device compatibility.

*Door left open reminders require a door sensor.
*The keypad is required to receive family unlock alerts, duress unlock alerts and multiple failed attempt alerts. The default limit for failed attempts is 10. This number can be changed in Xiaomi Home. After exceeding the limit, the keypad will lock for 90 seconds, during which it cannot be used.
*If a registered duress fingerprint is used to unlock the door, the app will send you a notification of abnormal unlocking behaviour.

*If the door cannot be unlocked and you are locked outside due to battery depletion caused by a long business trip or failure to replace the battery timely after a low-battery reminder. It is recommended to keep the mechanical key in a secure outdoor location for emergency use to avoid such situations.

Key installation
  • Key thickness ≤5mm
  • After inserting the key blade into the lock cylinder, the remaining key blade length is ≤37mm
  • The lock cylinder must include an emergency function, allowing the door to be unlocked from the outside with a key even when another key is inserted on the inside.

Door lock knob installation
  • ≥35mm inward-opening door locks
  • ≥50mm outward-opening door locks
  • If a suitable lock cylinder accessory cannot be found, please replace the lock cylinder
