The SONOFF MINI-ZBRBS-E is a ZigBee 3.0 smart switch that allows you to conveniently control your blinds, shades or curtains - manually, from an app, automatically by schedule or by voice. It offers precise adjustment of the opening level, fast responses and stable operation even without internet access, while fitting into standard European installation boxes. It's a solution for people who want to increase the comfort of their window coverings and integrate them into a modern smart home.

Precise control of the position of blinds and automations

The switch allows you not only to open and close the blinds, but also to precisely set their position as a percentage. This allows you to let in as much light as you need - for example, spreading the blinds slightly in the morning or almost completely covering them in the evening. The motor calibration function allows you to match the switch's operation to your specific installation and ensures repeatable, predictable blind movements. The MINI-ZBRBS-E is also perfect for automation. You can set schedules for opening and closing roller shutters at specific times, create smart scenes (such as "leaving home" or "night"), and combine its operation with other sensors, such as door sensors. This is not only a convenience, but also a greater sense of privacy and security at home.

Stable ZigBee network and integration with popular platforms

The device operates on the ZigBee 3.0 standard and also acts as a ZigBee router, strengthening the signal in the mesh network. As a result, it helps increase the stability of connections between other ZigBee devices in the home, which is especially important in larger apartments or single-family homes. In addition, the switch can be easily integrated with open source systems such as Home Assistant (ZHA or Zigbee2MQTT), as well as the eWeLink ecosystem. The device can work with voice and smart home platforms such as Amazon Alexa, Google Home, Apple Home and SmartThings. Note: a connection to a compatible ZigBee gateway is required for proper operation of the SONOFF MINI-ZBRBS-E.

Ready for Matter

Once the switch is placed on the same LAN as a compatible Matter hub (such as the Zigbee Bridge Ultra), it is possible to integrate it into the Matter ecosystem. This paves the way for even broader compatibility and easier connection of devices from different manufacturers in a single system.

Support for local and voice control

Roller shutters can be controlled locally (LAN), which means low latency and reliable operation even in the absence of internet. In addition, after integration with suitable platforms, voice control is possible - a single command is enough to move the roller shutters to the desired position.

Easy installation and wide compatibility

SONOFF MINI-ZBRBS-E is designed for standard installations used in European homes. It fits both Ø60 mm round mounting boxes and Type 86 boxes, so it will work easily when upgrading existing fixtures. The switch works with AC roller shutter motors 4-wire and 5-wire, equipped with a neutral wire and lines to change the direction of rotation (up/down). The well-thought-out terminal layout clearly separates the 100-240V power supply, motor direction control and S1/S2 inputs for the external switch, making it easy to install and keeping the classic wall control next to the smart function.
