The SBRX 140 punching bag is designed for both home and commercial use (martial arts clubs, gyms, etc.). The bag's reinforced construction allows it to be filled to a high capacity and last for years.


This offer applies to an empty bag intended for self-filling. Filling can be done with materials such as fabric scraps or rubber granules.

The greatest load on the bag rests on its bottom wall. That's why DBX Bushido bags feature a double-reinforced bottom and additional webbing to enhance its durability.
The bag is equipped with an additional attachment point that allows the bag to be attached from the bottom, limiting its swinging during training. Bags should be attached to expanders; stiff ropes should not be used for this purpose.

How to fill a purchased punching bag?


The best way to fill a punching bag is with scraps of material (e.g. cut up clothes).


You can get fabric scraps for free at most tailors . Alternatively, you can use sawdust for filling (make sure there are no sharp pieces of wood).


Note: When using sand, its share in the filling should not exceed 20%, and in the case of rubber granulate, not more than 50% , as the capacity of this model is too large for this type of filling and the bag may be too heavy and too hard.


The weight of the bag when filled should not exceed 70 kg.
