With built-in GPS, you'll get accurate speed and distance information for activities like running and cycling, and more than 20 goal-based training modes track your workouts in real time. The daily minutes in active zones are also recorded, so you can see if you are getting closer to your training goals.
The Fitbit Charge 4 measures your sleep phases and calculates your sleep index. You can use the Fitbit app to monitor and improve the quality of your sleep. In addition, continuous heart rate monitoring allows you to determine your resting frequency and calorie consumption more accurately. The device is waterproof up to a depth of 50 m, so you can record your swim training and of course shower with the tracker.
Charge 4 also shows you app notifications, messages and calls, so you can reply with quick replies directly from your wrist using a connected Android smartphone.
