Optical pulse sensor
Polar Verity Sense is an optical heart rate monitor that gives you maximum freedom of movement and offers a variety of ways to watch and record your workouts. Bluetooth, ANT +, and 16MB of internal memory allow you to connect the Polar Verity Sense to a sports watch or application and view the progress of your workouts in real-time, or save your workouts to the internal memory and view the data later.

Your training assistant
When you connect Polar Verity Sense to your phone or watch for training, you know your condition at all times and can adjust the intensity if necessary. Thanks to the separate mode, Polar Verity Sense's internal memory allows you to store up to 600 hours of training.

Also suitable for swimming
Polar Verity Sense monitors your heart rate and distance while swimming. It fits comfortably to your liking thanks to the included innovative
swimming goggle strap that fits the most swimming goggles.

Carry the device where you want it
Monitor your heart rate very comfortably from your shoulder and forearm, but that's not all. You don't have to limit yourself to these options, and you can wear the Polar Verity Sense heart rate sensor wherever you want. The sensor is removable from the wrist strap and allows you to wear it under clothing or anywhere. Just make sure the optical sensor is firmly against the skin.
