INSTRUKCJA MONTAŻU:
1. Montaż tego modelu szkła wygląda inaczej niż w przypadku tradycyjnych zwykłych szkieł hartowanych - na cienkiej warstwie adhezyjnej, jest nieco trudniejszy za sprawą grubszej warstwy klejowej.
2. W początkowej fazie aplikacji mogą pozostać uwięzione pod szkłem bąbelki lub pasy powietrza, które trzeba wyprowadzać powtarzalnymi ruchami do krawędzi, najłatwiej jednak w tym wypadku odkleić powłokę do miejsca pęcherza powietrza i jeszcze raz przykleić, wyprowadzając powietrze np. kartą bankomatową.
3. Trzeba również pamiętać, że ze względu na zakrzywienie, krzywizna szkła musi pokrywać się z krzywizną ekranu.
Jeśli szkło nie przykleja się po którymś z boków, oznacza to, że zostało krzywo przyklejone, w takim wypadku trzeba będzie odkleić i ponowić próbę montażu do skutku.
W związku z polerowaniem i frezowaniem ekranu wymaga to w niektórych przypadkach do kilku minut pracy, jednak prawidłowy końcowy efekt jest zachwycający.
