Stay on top of your health and fitness with the Jawbone UP3 Activity Tracker in Black Twist. This wrist-worn device helps you keep track of your body with its Advanced Activity, Advanced Sleep, Smart Coach, and Heart Health functions, each of which take advantage of the UP3's myriad of sensors to give you a better picture of your health.

The surface of the UP3 has three single color LEDs, one for sleep, one for activity, and one for notifications. Your UP3 can also connect to your Android or iOS smartphone via Bluetooth for advanced tracking and personalized tips. The UP3 is water resistant and can be used in the shower or in the rain. Its battery lasts up to seven days on a single charge and it can be recharged using the included magnetic USB cable.

Advanced Activity
The more you do, the smarter your UP3 will become. It learns to automatically recognize and record your activities, so it knows when you're walking, running, playing a game of basketball, and more. This allows your UP3 to produce a more detailed picture of your activity and more accurately calculate your calorie burn.

Smart Coach
The UP3's Smart Coach engine works together with the free UP app for iOS and Android to provide you with personalized health and fitness tips based on your activity, food intake, and resting heart rate. It also helps you set goals.

Advanced Sleep
The UP3 uses its accelerometer and bio-impedance sensors to measure heart rate, respiration rate, body temperature, galvanic skin response, and movement to track your light, REM, and deep sleep stages. Smart Coach is then able to give you suggestions to maximize your sleep and improve the quality of your days.

Set as many as four alarms from the app on your phone. Your UP3 then analyzes your sleep cycle to wake you with a gentle vibration at the most ideal time within a 10-30 minute window or at an exact time you specify.

Heart Health
Built-in bio-impedance sensors are able to automatically track your heart rate and use that information to help you take care of the most important organ in your body. Heart rates measured include resting heart rate, daytime heart rate, active heart rate, and paused active heart rate.

Nutrition Tracking
Using your smartphone's UP app, you can keep track of what you eat and drink for more detailed caloric data. You can use a photo, scan a barcode, or manually enter your meal to log your nutritional intake.

Idle Alerts
You can set an Idle Alert within the free UP app on your phone, so the band will gently vibrate if you've been inactive for a period of time. You can also set custom reminders for bedtime, workout, medicine and other custom activities.
